ABOUT ME
10 years ago, I was introduced to UX world. Since then, it has been a journey of countless user interviews, design sprints, hypothesis (in)validations, etc. Discovery after discovery.

Many times, I had to research and uncover that behind the interface problems there were deeper issues that could even cause real pain which is felt by real people. Flesh and bone people, with hopes and dreams.

The noble responsibility of being the voice of users within companies is quite a challenging task. Relying heavily on facts & data never will be the simplest path, but it is certainly the most truthful path. Talking to people has given me superpowers when it comes to problem prioritization.

Building experiences and gradually transforming the world we live in is what truly motivates me :)
